Horrible experience. The person I talked to, he goes by the name Chris Newman. He happens to be very arrogant and not quite responsive to my queries. I was referred to the Toyota agency by my cousin who lives in Australia and I needed to get a car for my son who is studying in the country. Unfortunately, I regret even wasting my time talking to this person because I wonder whether he has any idea of good customer service relations, since he didn't seem to have any. I am glad I got a better company with people who have better customer service relations. For this reason I wouldn't recommend the company.

Could not have asked for better service. The girls at the reception were awesome, as was the service team, could not do enough for us on short notice and a pick up service as well. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

We were passing through town and had noticed a whining noise in the transfer case of our 200 series landcruiser. The service department fit us in, checked the fluids and took it for a thorough test drive. When we picked it up I was told that everything is normal and had all details explained to me by the service technician that actually did the work. Was passed the keys and told no charge

Broke down and had vehicle towed to these guys, got straight on it and had me.on the road next morning.Absolutely fantastic dealership

My Toyota Camry broke down in Mount Isa, I naturally called Toyota knowing their was a dealership in Mount Isa. I spoke with a lady named Bec who said yes drop it in and our mechanics will look at it asap for you. I get the tow truck to Toyota drop it off 18/11/2022 and call Bec after arriving in Cloncurry (I live there) and Bec said to me we have no available appointment until December the 1st which was not what she told me over the phone then goes on to quote $1,100 for a new starter motor and labour costs and a 3-4 week wait on the part from Japan…I then call another mechanic (Autofirst Service & Repairs) in Mount Isa who I highly recommend. They said drop the car off we have a genuine starter motor in stock for $260 and will fit it with labour for $380.I go back to Toyota to tow it to Autofirst and I had to pay a $170 diagnosis fee to realease my vehicle..With major attitude from the front staff, the mechanics all the above. The culture their seems very money hungry and purely time focused. I am not usually one to complain or make a google review but this is necessary as a trusted Toyota dealer you would think they would have the customers best interest at heart all I got was lies, complete rip off for all the above, terrible customer service the only positive is I saved more money see break down belowToyota - $1,100 (labour and install new, genuine starter motor)Tow truck to Toyota and to Autofirst -$330Toyota diagnosis releasing fee to tow my car to other mechanic - $170Labour and installed genuine starter motor and same day fix (not 3-4 weeks of waiting) - $380Overall -$880 for two trucks, complete the same job on the same day and saving $220 overall please do yourself a favour and avoid them as they will happily overcharge you because of the logo on the front of the building. I hope Toyota reads this and improves there services and teaches their staff that lieing to customers, giving attitude and overcharging is not a professional way of delivering the so called Toyota experience we all think we should receive. I’m very happy I went to Autofirst in Mount Isa. Lift your game please Bell & Moir Toyota. This experience was unprofessional, unnecessary and very poor.

The Mt Isa team truly understand customer service. Goes the extra mile to ensure problems are accurately identified and fixed. Transparent and accountable. No dodge practices here! Bree is an exceptional staff, who can co-ordinate and follow up with the technicians and customer to ensure open communication is clear and is customer focused that provides a pleasant experience, in addition to solving customer's problems. Love your work Mt Isa team!

The wife and I recently bought our first new car through the team here, everything went smoothly and they did a great job. Thanks to Garth for helping us out and answering all of our questions. 10/10 would buy again

I was told by the service department my car would be ready to pick up at 11.30 am At 12.30 they had not even started on it .If I can’t trust them to tell me the truth I can’t trust them to service my Toyota.I have had 14 Toyota’s in a row over 40 years and never had a problem with any Toyota service department until Bell and Moir .I have given them life and I suggest to anyone who is booking their car in and if you have to be somewhere at a certain time that your schedule could be severely disrupted.I am extremely disappointed with Bell and Moir Mount Isa
