We were actually referred to Stuart by another flooring business that we contacted when looking for the right hardwood floor board bonding product and trowel for spreading.All we can say is we are so very grateful for that referral. Stuart and his business are just fantastic in every single way. He is honestly one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people we have ever come across and literally goes so far out of his way to help, that it was like we had known the guy for years as a close personal friend just minutes after meeting him.Not only did he sit down with us for well over an hour and answer every single annoying little question that we had despite the small amount we spent with him but he just had this amazing positive nature about him. Even when he gave us a new way of doing something we thought was the right way his advice never made it seem like we were wrong but rather that this was just a newer innovative way of doing it.As Stuart says, he really loves to keep up to date with the latest science behind floor coverings and coatings and it shows. His knowledge as to why one product or way of doing things is superior to another is what we would consider to be encyclopedic. After talking to and buying products from him we would never even consider going elsewhere....EVEN IF WE MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE AND HAD TO HAVE PRODUCTS SHIPPED BY POST!!!.That's how good this guy is.... All we can say to anyone else reading this review is that if your even contemplating going to a flooring shop to have your floors done or even if your a DIYer..... GO SEE STUART FIRST!!.
