Thoroughtec Solar & Electrical

This is the second system that Adrian has installed for me. The first one was in Morphett Vale at my daughter’s home and the second one at Glenelg North at my home. Both times the communication was excellent, and all issues were dealt with brilliantly. Both of the installs were a second system being integrated with the first system, and also integrated with a Tesla battery. So it was not a straightforward install. Could not be happier with the service and quality of work and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Excellent communication from start to finish. Service exceeded expectations and they went the extra mile to make sure the system would work as quoted. No delays. The installers were fantastic. Polite, friendly and efficient. No issues with the install. Wind storm just after install and it’s still going strong. They answered every question I threw at them promptly and without the typical sales speak - they were accurate, descriptive and patient. No problems at all through the whole process.

Many thanks to Adrian and his team for the comprehensive advice and installation process. Adrian went up on to the roof to assess, and looked for optimum placement of our panels, facing north and west. On installation day, the team was prompt and efficient, and clearly they were very experienced in the installation process. All cleaned up at the end of the day, and they had facilitated getting our meter updated at the same time, so we have solar power from day 1.Adrian takes time to listen, advise, and we've had a couple of communications since the installation - always quick to respond.We'd certainly recommend Thoroughtec for their work, and we consult the app monitoring out production regularly!

These guys are fantastic. No nonsense from the start of planning right through to the organising the smart meter installation. The guys did such a great job I had them help us out with replacement of the factory lights at the same time and we are delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team to anyone looking at having solar installed. I felt comfortable using a local company where you will be dealing with the same person from start to finish. They made the whole process extremely easy, and took care of everything including applications for government subsidies right through to the final installation, all of which only took approximately three weeks. Adrian and Andre along with their crew did an excellent job installing our panels. Even after a minor problem (that had no bearing on the panel operation) they persisted until it was resolved. I highly recommend this company.

Adrian did an awesome job with our 6.6kW system. Extremely professional from the outset, very punctual and had great communication throughout the process. He went the extra step of running all cables through the internal wall cavity rather than just running conduit on the outside of the house. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
