Waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger stunner. I worked in fast food for 4 years and we would have been written up for how slow people here worked. My meal was then forgotten about and got cold and then they finally checked the screens. Also do they not mix the ice creams here? I haven’t had a storm in a while but this was just sad. Also the floors here were so sticky I had to make an effort to lift my shoes.

IF THE DRIVE-THRU IS CLOSED, PUT A SIGN SOMEWHERE. The amount of people rocking up to the speaker and waiting ages to find out its not open is ridiculous.

went after flying home on the 17/07, and oml it was the most smack fast food ive ever had in my life. was super fast and fresh in drive through, and the tall guy with black hair working abt 8 pm was mad charming too. 10/10 superiority

Store management is a joke. Changed store hours cause they don't have staff, yet don't hire or put people on. Food safety is a joke, would avoid like the plague.

Very slow service. Yes, there were only 3 people on shift, but two of them showed no interest at all. Ordered 2 coffees, and they didn't start making them for 13mins even though there were minimal orders ahead of me. After I ordered, several people showed up and placed orders that were started before the coffees. Probably give it a miss until they sort their staffing issues out.
