Frequent shopper / Mecca addict. I'm not so patiently waiting for this store to kick out their neighbours and increase their offering (here's hoping!). The store is fabulous and has a great range, although I'd love to see if be as big as its Melbourne and Sydney counterparts. Even better, if it hosted events!

Just literally walked out from the store, and had an awful experience with one of the colour specialists. I needed to ask about GF products due to my health. She was nice to my face but we caught her twice pulling faces to other staff members and judging my question. Not professional at all. I won't be going back.

I got my makeup done for my birthday here last week and was a bit nervous/not really knowledgeable about products etc. but Cleo's (I think that was her name) work was excellent!! I got so many compliments throughout the night and I love how it looked not too much and not too little. Would definitely recommend <3

Very busy probably due to the great selection of products. We couldn't find anything without asking for help but it was our first time there so unfamiliar with the layout. Staff were helpful and friendly but I noticed they weren't approaching customers to ask if they needed help. Call me old fashioned, but I'm sure some customers would get frustrated and leave before requesting help. My daughter likes the products so we'll be back.

Charley was the absolute best service provider in Mecca. She helped me for around 1 hour picking out $500 worth of product. Her knowledge is so in-depth and she has a lovely presence. Her appearance was also gorgeous!

After being ignored for 20 minutes at Sephora, I decided to come into Mecca where I was greeted straight away and received help to buy some skincare products. After spending 10 minutes with one of the lovely staff I walked out with some great products and samples. Always happy to spend money where the customer service top priority.

I visited Mecca for the first time in a while today and the entire experience was beautiful and memorable! I had to ask the names of the girls as they were so lovely! i was instantly greeted at the door by a girl named Beth who was so kind. The most personalised experience was when i was at checkout and a tall girl named Amelia took time to help me find an ideal gift and then gift wrapped the gift so beautifully. She was so positive and brightened up my day. Everyone had smiles on their faces it was truely lovely! i will be shopping here more often!

Walked into the store to browse for makeup, not knowing exactly what I was after. The staff there were friendly. Ellie was incredible! Was helped by her on Sunday and she created the best experience I’ve ever had in store, genuinely helping me find good products that would work for me and made me feel so comfortable the entire time to ask questions and learn new things! She made me excited about products again and made me want to come back in store and tell everyone about her and the service I got!
