Legit sketchy and illegitimate. They will lie about legislation" and fall deafeningly silent when you quote actual law. They will always take the side of the land lord in their attempt at scamming and misleading tenants.Even went as far as editing and deleting emails in email trails.When called out they back track and change the subject.The rental "managers" are always quite dense and easy to trip up
