Insight IT have been a great support for our offices over the last numerous years. Their staff is efficient, cooperative and easily to communicate with.

Worked with Alan Hashem as he was extremely inefficient. He was charging me on a per-day basis, yet he was extremely unprofessional with his communication that he was a little... retarded, meaning the process took almost twice as long and cost me twice as much. I feel ripped off as I could not get a refund for the overdue work.

We worked with Insight to help us setup and manage our IT support, very happy with the service and the level of technology they offer, the team seem like a great bunch of people or care about our needs. 5 stars and would absolutely recommend!

Insight IT started a very long time ago with a young man called Alan El Hashem on Punchbowl Road at Belfield - from there it has gone ahead in leaps and bounds to become the large company it is today. The staff are always great and helpful - nice and have become friends to these two oldies who's learning of PC mysteries grows all the time. OK, we may not be an organisation but just the two oldies on a pension but the professionalism received from all the staff doesn't change just because we are not a huge money making concern.Thank you guys and girls - we probably won't win the prize but we're very happy to count you amongst our family.Nothing to change and it's now Easter 2021.Cheers,Janet & Alan
