Amazing craftmanship - Bryant Family Jeweller designed my husband and I’s wedding bands and they are just perfect and exactly what we dreamed of! Alex was so professional and helpful through the planning process and we would highly recommend this family business if you want unique, QUALITY and beautiful jewellery!

Fantastic jeweller located right in Coorparoo square. I stumbled across them while I was looking for a new jeweller as mine has moved away and need my rings to be rhodium platted. This service is done on site and had my rings retuned within an hour and look incredible and even better their prices are very reasonable. Alex is absolutely fantastic and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend if your in need of a trustworthy and reliable jeweller.

I still wear my favourite ring I purchased 4 years ago every single day without fail. After a clean at the shop every so often it comes out looking beautiful and new again. I have multiple other dress rings for occasions and earrings from the shop too including my diamond necklace and earrings set for very special occasions. I always get asked where my jewellery is from and recommend all my friends to the shop too. The design process was easy and I'm always greeted with a happy face willing to help answer my questions.

I had a couple of keepsake / custom made rings left to me after my mother passed away suddenly late last year. I also had a few other special pieces of jewellery that I wanted cleaned and valued. Given the sentimental value of these items, I was looking for someone who would treat them in-house with care and understanding.I cannot recommend Bryant Family Jewellers highly enough - from my very first contact, Alex was professional, understanding, and sensitive to the nature of the items. The results are stunning, my jewellery has never looked better.The service was very high quality and well priced with a quick turnaround. If I could give them a ten-star rating I would!

This is a lemon quartz enhanced pendant with an amazing diamond.The cut to the gem is amazing, if you look at the back, some gold segments are square, some are round. The diamond although small has amazing light refraction.I managed to snag it for under $1000 :)

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT HAVE ANY PRECIOUS JEWELLERY MADE BY SHANE BRYANT AND HIS FAMILY SHOP!If this review saves one person the waste of money and heartache I experienced when I asked Shane and his team to remake my engagement ring before my wedding, then this is worth it. If Shane has been in the jewelry industry for 35 years I would assume this piece of work with his stamp was not his work... however, IT WAS! See the photo of my end result ring which left me with no other choice then to have my ring remade again after it cracked at the join of shoulder diamonds after 6 weeks of wear. The ring wasn't even polished after it had been made, aesthetically it was all wrong, it was not symmetrical and structurally not safe!The after-care I received from the Bryant family was appalling! They were rude, unapologetic and blamed me for their poor workmanship! I have since kept this setting as a reminder never to go with a single company without doing prior research again.... I will continue to show everyone I can to ensure no one I know falls victim to this greedy business as I did!This company had NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS which I did not see until it was too late. Now they have changed their name and those reviews are no longer listed!!!! Shame, as there were many reviews just like mine!Do your research before choosing to have anything made with this Jeweller!!!!!!!
