DON’T BOTHER. We attended the above pharmacy to purchase two pair of shoes and some other things. While waiting for at least 20 minutes ,we watched several other customers who came into the store after us being served. I approached one of the staff and told her my wife was wanting to purchase shoes,she informed me that she would be with us as soon as she finished serving the present customer. Another person walked in the front door and this lady served him straight away. Not at any stage of our twenty plus minutes in the shop did we get a smile,or we won’t be long,or we will be with you shortly ,nothing. We left,never to return.

Great Lakes Pharmacy
Just rang a person to talk about my aged mum hoping to get some help and perhaps a person who was more personable and understanding. The woman couldn't follow the conversation with what I was asking, was abrupt and and hints of impatience and rudeness towards me. Terribly disappointed in this response considering my mum has been a customer of theirs for over 10years and I was calling from Canberra to help my mum.

Great Lake Pharmacy looked after all my Prescription’s after having an accident which involved a lot of rehabilitation and pain management, I could get my Doctor or Specialists to send through the Scripts and Great Lakes Pharmacy would deliver what I needed each Month to my home. Every staff member was friendly and nothing was a problem at any time. Great friendly service each and every time.

This chemist caused great stress and worry to my family. I recently needed rapid antigen tests to return home, and repeatedly promised me they would keep some for my family and would call me when they came in. I was then told they had stock arrive but decided to sell them all .I'm still waiting for the call. Being an a list means nothing here.
