Daughter was lovely throughout funeral process, but coming into the stages of the cremation process she was hard to get a hold of, when finally reaching her in getting the ashes back of a family member excuses were made and we hadn't received them in the time frame we were told and was making it beyond difficult for us to receive them. Then making numerous comments about the weight of the ashes of my family member continuously saying there was nothing of our family member.Will not be recommending this family business and will certainly not be coming back to them after all the chasing up we had to do ourselves and the horrible comments made by her.

I could not speak too highly of Edward (Ted ) Bull & Daughter - they are such genuine, caring, and empathetic people. They looked after my Mother, Father and Brother at their passing, and did so with so much understanding and care for the family as well. To meet with them is like meeting with friends and has quite a healing effect. Ted, Joanne, (and Jenny) - you're simply the best and thank you heaps.

Joanne is a lovely person. She took time to get to know my brother and his wife, who was terminally ill. She was reassuring, kind and friendly. Ted Bull and Daughter were very professional and caring. They paid attention to all details of the funeral and could be contacted at any time. Thoroughly recommend this business.
