Guy who runs it is a REALLY nice man, but honestly not very good with customer service.Forgot to ring about an order request. (And forgot to order it of course). So after 2nd attempt just got it elsewhere. Pity. But if you don't service you can't sell. Simple.

My pump and chlorination stopped working. They stepped me through a few steps over the phone which fixed the issue, saving me a call out service fee. Very friendly and great service !

Gobsmacked. Rang up to see about getting a service done, only to be told that the boss won't allow a service out at Mooloolah Valley, yet will allow Palmwoods??? Unless the guy meant Palmview? Either way, literally 20-25 minutes away and its considered too far.

Rob runs a great store with plenty of great customer service, experience and knowledge. If he doesn't have the stock he will soon have it. I have used 2 other local pool service and supply stores but have found Billabong Caloundra to surpass the others. They are now my 'home' store.
