Beautiful Hair

I’ve been going to beautiful hair Erina now for 2 or more years to get my hair coloured and cut. I have had nothing but the best experience and the prices are amazing. The staff are so friendly and I highly recommend their services.

I saw this hairdresser for the first time today, happened to be going past and needed a style haircut. The staff were friendly and courteous, and after only a 5 minute wait my haircut was taken care of. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted, and did exactly that - I am very pleased and will very likely go back. Very reasonably priced cut!

I brought my daughter here to have a haircut - i've given the hairdresser an instruction to just straighten it and to thin the back as my daughter already have a short hair. The outcome was terrible! Too short, layered at the back near the left ear and a bit straight on the right side! The haridresser definitely doesn't know how to fix it and just kept on cutting and telling me it will come okay after few days! It's been more than 1 week and i just can't realise what she has done!! will never never never come back!!!! waste of time and money!

Highly recommend Amy and her staff, did an amazing job on trimming my hair and making it all healthy again!

My first experience was so great, but not this most recent one. The hair dressers were extremely unprofessional, my hair was cut in under 5 minutes and is now uneven. I will definitely not being going back again as everything about this experience was unpleasant. I understand it's an inexpensive haircut, but even for that price it was absolutely terrible.

I should have known $150 for a keratin treatment was too good to be true. My hair is almost just as frizzy as it was before. I have never been to a more unfriendly hairdresser in my life. Save your money and stay away.

If I really had to rate this hairdresser, it would be a 0. Walked in there, she asked me what I wanted told her a full head of foils. She assumed I wanted blonde, I said no I’d like a deep red please. She proceeded to get the bleach, didn’t even ask me or show me the colour samples. I had to ask for it. There was no sitting down with me first and consulting with me what I would like done. She was rough with my hair and my head. Never have I dealt with such unprofessional hairdressers in my life. She put the red through, wasn’t in long enough and wasn’t the desired color I wanted. I wanted a trim too but luckily I ran out of time, I can only imagine how that would have turned out. At the end she never even wiped the red stains on my forehead or washed off the big chunk of dye still left in my ear. Walked around the shopping centre with all this on my head until my husband said something about it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HAIRDRESSER AT ALL!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Took my sister in for her first professional haircut and had a cut myself. The hairdressers had to be the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. They spoke unprofessionally about other salons where I had previously had my hair cut, swearing and criticising my hair. The hairdresser I had was adamant that the style I requested (which was one that I had previously successfully requested from multiple other salons) was undesirable, until I eventually just asked for a basic trim of my layers. Although, when we were finished I was charged for two styles"

the fact i heard such good reviews from friends and walk into beautiful nails to think i will get a relaxing time and come out with nails im happy with. firstly i was deciding on what colour to get on my nails and clearly i was taking too long in the ladies mind who was doing my nails, when i chose my colour she would grab my nails and squeeze to the point it hurt. if I didn’t move my hand where she would want it to me she would start sounding frustrated. once we were done there were part of nail sticking out and i asked if she could fix it, she just grabbed my nail and pulled it off. as i walked out of the shop i noticed one of my fingers were bleeding, no not recommended!!!

Nice & very friendly staff.I visited 2nd time. Elise did the good job with refreshing color.Get my hair 3rd time.. really happy with their services. Amy did really grt work.Thanks Guys
