Massive praise to Cheryl from Good Price Pharmacy in Coffs who went above and beyond for me yesterday. I had my sick baby asleep in the car and I couldn't get him out and bring him instore. She took my call and got me all sorted over the phone and proceeded to bring my item out to me. Her customer service was incredible and I'm grateful I was dealing with someone so helpful and understanding.

Never AgainI will never shop at a Good Price Pharmacy store again. My prescription medication that normally costs $5.99 @ Chemist Warehouse was $19.99 @ Good Price Pharmacy Coffs Harbour yesterday. I know there can be a difference in price depending on brands and that generic is cheaper, which I said I was happy to accept. They advertise as LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED and SAVE UP TO 60%. I will not comment on the customer service as they have signs displayed advising of staff shortages.Follow upI spoke to the current store manager, I think her name was Clarissa. She had already made up her mind she was not going to do anything to rectify the issue. Apparently the generic brand was in stock at the time and it is unclear to her where the error occurred. She was not prepared to refund the difference in price of the items as she has no guarantees " that what I was saying is the truth

Think some of the staff need more training /knowledge about the products they sell

Normally is good service but lately not so good, losing scripts that have been put in and no Rapid antigen tests available for concession holders but have stock to sell. Go figure only after profits?

Staff appears very disorganised, long wait times (even when called ahead or scripts were ordered on the app). Over the past 6 months 3 of our scripts were lost. Younger staff seems to struggle with simple questions such as which is the cheapest pro-biotic per capsule. It appears as if they stay in business because of an ongoing supply of first time customers being highway travellers where customer service is not really an issue. I would recommend going somewhere else at this stage.

Third time here, long waits, lady at Cash register despite not providing a rack for shopping baskets gets cranky at me putting the basket on the ground, short-staffed and short tempered I'd look at going somewhere else

Brilliant & Wondeful ppl. I have found they’re helpful, happy to do so, explain things clearly or find someone who does… ppl might think they’re slow but that’s because they’re SO popular. I have also found that they’re $5-$10 cheaper in scripts and merchandise! E-scripts can be used in here. Plus they have a lot of options to choose from (eg; hair products, perfumes, toilet paper, vitamins etc.). Thank you guys SO much for your help, over the years so far.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, I called up on a few seperate occasions with questions about what formula would be best suited for my newborn baby who was having troubles with allergies. Each phone call took about 5-10 minutes of their time, they were very patient with me and knew everything I needed to know about different kinds of baby formula and were able to direct me to the best fit for my bub. Thanks so much for your consistent great service!

This is such a great chemist. So accessible and such a large range. They stock medicines, make ups, baby needs, cleaning products, vitamins and supplements and the list goes on. Often the prices are better than competitive. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
