Huge markups, appalling service. Could have gone online and saved $45 and received the items quicker.Probably the worst service I have received in Darwin, which is a significant effort. Wanted to purchase a new pair of Northwave riding shoes. They advised they didn't keep them in stock (it appears they keep very little stock in store, instead ordering most of it in when requested) but they could order them and they would be in within two days.The cost of the shoes was $150 & cleats were $40 (they retail online for $115 & $30 respectively) but I was keen to support local business and wanted the items ASAP so was happy to pay the excessive premium.After a week I called them to find out where my shoes were and they said they had been having delivery issues for sometime. I suspect they told me two days knowing full well they wouldn't be in within that timeframe to make a sale.In the end it took two weeks exactly for my shoes to arrive. Don't waste your time and money, go online.

Went there to get my son a bike for his birthday today. Staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting a decent bike for school.Not sure if the one star review from Drew was supposed to mention the pandemic is likely the main cause for delivery delays... You know for every single business..I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get their bike fixed up or to purchase a new one that's put together correctly and just works.

I dropped in without any notice early on a Saturday morning. The staff were busy completing repairs to other bikes but still had all of the time in the world to help with the issues I was having with my bike.I had broken the pedal and there were many other issues that the bike was having due to it being assembled incorrectly. Due to the initial assembly the bike had damaged parts that were either bent or ruined.The staff managed to repair the bike fast so that I could continue riding it and at a great price.Awesome service and highly recommended!
