I had severe sciatic pain for a few weeks, went to a couple of different people for help however it wasn't until I saw Steve that I finally had some relief. After only my second visit I had improvement and I now see Steve regularly as a maintenance programme. I highly recommend Steve to anyone suffering sciatic pain.

In 2018 I developed acute sciatic pain that was unrelieved by medication and physio . It left me unable to sleep and even drive in comfort . I searched the internet for some answers and found Steve's book which I ordered . I discovered he had a surgery at the gold coast and made an appointment .Steve has magic magic hands . Huge improvement after the first treatment within in a few weeks pain had vanished and to date has not returned. I have sung his praises to all my friends .

I had suffered from lower back pain and sciatica periodically for many years. In recent months I aggravated my sciatica to the extent where I had many weeks of sleepless nights and could not settle. I attended a Chiro for approx 15 sessions over a couple of months with little to no improvement. After my second visit with Steve my pain had almost disappeared and following the third visit I no longer feel pain. Steve is extremely knowledgeable with the anatomy of the body and identifying root causes of pain. Steve found multiple deep tissue injuries across my body from playing rugby union many years ago and focused on fixing these overtight areas. I have never come across anyone at his level and highly recommend him. Also very trustworthy and honest.

Steve was referred by my partner who has scoliosis and who has been getting treatment and relief for many years. I myself walked in with a back from hell and after only 1 session the relief was astounding. He will listen and assess and treat. I highly recommend him .

I have no hesitation to recommend Mr. Lockhart's service to anyone currently suffering from back pain.In particular, if you are suffering from sciatica as I was, I would highly suggest you seeking Steve's help before approaching other paths.Steve's skills in detecting the root cause of the pain and adjusting the body posture to its balanced and supple form are unsurpassed; I certainly owe him a great deal of gratitude as the relief from sciatica is just immeasurable.The only regret is that Steve is planning to retire in due course; do not do that too soon!

I saw Steve for a number of sessions in late 2020/early 2021. At that time I had both current sciatic pain and long-standing back issues, which I had treated by various chiropractors, osteopaths and physios over the years. Steve taught me valuable new techniques, which I have continued to use to this day and for the first time in my life I know how to treat and maintain my back and associated areas.Steve is both a wonderful teacher and a 'good bloke' to relate to. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.

This is a belated review from a few years ago, at the time I was suffering terrible back pain and had been to many therapists and chiropractors. When I hurt my back again and was in bed unable to move a great deal, I knew I had to do something different. I remembered a friend telling me about Steve, when I called he was about to go away for the weekend and said if I could come straight over he could fit me in, I have not had pain like this since and after some close together treatments, I then went for maintenance treatments only - the pain his not returned. Steve was both my therapist and teacher for some years before I moved away. I was fortunate to learn a lot from Steve over the years and are very grateful.

I visited Steve after experiencing chronic sciatica and lower back pain for roughly 4 years. I had had treatment at physios, massage and chiro treatment (my back pain would always return a few days after these treatments). Steve was the first practitioner to confirm that due to the amount of running I do, my leg muscles had tightened to the point that they were pulling my hips out of alignment. This is what was causing the lower back pain. After one session with Steve, my lower back pain disappeared for roughly 3 months which I didn’t think was possible. I I highly recommend Steve - he also has a website and online exercises to help proactively manage chronic pain.

First time I was recommended to Steve I had a really sore lower back, something I have suffered from for a while now. This particular time I could barely walk and was due to fly down to Melb on the Friday. I saw Steve on the Wed, the Thurs was tender as he said to expect then on the Friday we got to airport for our trip and OMG the pain was completely gone and I was walking fine - I could not believe it. Magic hands because whatever he did just worked a treat. Highly recommend and I actually need to book in to see him again myself soon. Thanks Steve
