Been a Peloton customer for half a year now, the bike quality is great, wonderful selection of classes and all the apparel is well made and durable despite being machine washable. Went to Bondi to try the bike as I had heard so many good things about it. Amazed by the service and experience! We ended up getting the bike+ as the auto resistance is game changing. Thanks to Jassy for making the purchase so enjoyable!

Extremely frustrating experience with Peloton Support to date.After receiving the bike yesterday afternoon and all being well, I returned home last night, to a bike that wouldn’t turn on. I followed the Peloton troubleshooting link with no success. After would per the link I lodged a support ticket including confirming that I had taken all the steps in their troubleshooting link.Speaking with with L1 support this morning they asked me to take all the steps again… which I did. Then they asked me to send a photo of a light which wasn’t on and send it to them, which I did, then they asked me to take a video of the power adapter connected to the back of the bike, the light which is not on and the cable connected to the back of the monitor. I am now waiting for a link to upload the video and decided to share my experience with othersRegardsGuy who wants to like this product and company but is struggling to at this point

I was thinking about buy the peloton+ but I was not sure yet, then duringmy second visit at the shop I met Gemma who provide amazing customer service, very meticoulus and make me to the choise to purchase a brand new bike. amazing service fromthe start to the delivery! Purchased the bike+ package for over $4000. Loved the bike initially (although with the extremely steep price tag), however after a few rides noticed the pedals squeaking extremely badly. There was also a significant scratch on the bike. To Peloton's credit, they replaced the bike pretty speedily. A few weeks later - they changed the 30 day free trial to 100 days free, which I was ineligible for. I find out today the bike has now been reduced $700. Note the pedals on the new bike are still squeaking.Wish i hadn't purchased and waited, wasn't aware of the multiple sales. Given the steep price, i'd have a hard time recommending.

Buying a Peloton is a big investment to anyone. I have been super impressed by them from start to now. Recently I decided to do a bike fit (after having the bike for a year) to make sure I had set it up correctly. Tom at the Bondi store was great, it was a painless experience and having had some knowledge I was in and out within 20 mins or so. I assume a newbie would take a little longer. I highly recommend both the Bondi store and Peloton to everyone, you won’t regret it

Lauren was amazing. I visited first to get some info and then bought my wife back to take a look and ask questions too. Lauren was patient and super helpful and now we are the proud owners of a Peloton due to be delivered tomorrow - we are very excited!!
