Australian Garden Ornaments

I have to edit what was a very positive review (see below). Our beautiful bird bath had a crack in it so it leaks. I contacted Australian Garden Ornaments but they did not respond. I called and emailed. I eventually spoke with one person who said they never replaced 'broken' items. I sent through photos as it was obviously a manufacturing fault, but there was no response. I am so disappointed in their lack of interest and service when there was a problem. We now have a white elephant rather than a cherub in the backyard.FIRST REVIEW: Very helpful, kept me up to date with the time frame for delivery and delivered to the door. The cherub bird bath is gorgeous.

Purchased a $3200 water fountain & the catchment pond is of really poor quality. I had to have it repaired independently because of no assistance from them. I Paid a huge delivery fee because I was told no one could help me load it in my van at the shop, then I had to assist her husband unload it at my house.I recommend proceeding with caution with this business, I question their integrity & wish I had read many other reviews before dealing with them.

I purchased and received a beautiful birdbath via personal delivery. I am absolutely thrilled with my garden ornament for all the small birds who visit our garden. The staff at Australian Garden Ornaments were very kind and it was lovely meet to them.

I purchased the Tall Hands Up Lady statue/fountain on sale for $750.00 online.The colour ordered is WHITE.I live in Queensland and also paid a hefty delivery to door fee which I understand.Gina told me she had one in the warehouse but with a combination of her taking holidays and the flooding across both states it took months for the actual delivery.What I received 2 days before Christmas 2022 was second hand and much used. The concrete is pitted in places & she is mouldy.I’m guessing she was dragged out of her home of 10 years plus… the outdoor display area.I will never again purchase anything from AGO and I will advise others to take caution.

I ordered a standing bunny statue on 7th july ( over 5 months ago ) HAVE NOT RECIEVED ITEM!!! It cost $79.35 - that included GST and a generous tip !!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! I am not the only customer to be ripped off by this company ! Did not refund or replace as requested. Bought it for my daughter who was grieving for her pet bunny who passed away suddenly. I order stuff online all the time and this is very rare. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS IN AUSTRALIA!!!!

Stock on website is not available, no one contacts you, paid for it product I’ve never received.

I am their regular customer here, I ordered online for my statues but was not aware the delivery would be late, the owner contacted me as she really wanted to inform me about the delayed delivery process. I am admired by the customer service and their values of holding customers.Really appreciate
