The Lockyer Doctors Laidley

Seen doctor Sanni, soon as I walked in rolled her eyes at me and wasn’t interested in anything I had to say. Told her about my back pain that has been going on for years, put her hand on her face rolled her eyes and told me to take nurofen and again after I had said how long it had been going on for. Quite disappointing.

I could go on, but from Gatton, Rosewood to Laidley.Absolute incompetence from admin to alleged doctors.2 yrs with LD1 yr with same dr after 5 very bad experiences & dr's.And no diagnosis, only one Specialist opinion. And only 3 referrals to help with 7 disabilities to at least cope.And no pain killers or even anti-inflammatory.Absolute NO care.More appointments. Also been asked to move on, as he had other patients.I was there 7 MINUTES.MORE MONEY. LESS CARE.PARASITES.

Very friendly doctors and inviting staff. I had a great experience. Would highly recommend this clinic.

From the reception staff to the nursing staff, to the doctors, this is clearly a highly professional and experienced team. Their diagnosis, procedure and follow up is of the highest order. I’m so grateful for their efficiency and care. (David)

Horrible call waiting times. Need to seriously improve.

Very disappointed and terrible experience. Having relocated to Laidley i had to get my regular medicine. Being that its a Saturday i yesterday asked reception if it is possible as i will need to transfer my files over and i was advised to bring in my existing medicine if i have a packet available for the doctor and that i should be able to get my medicine. Being that it is half day open only i went there and sat waiting from 9-10.30am. The doctor i got to see said that she would not give me any medicine even though i supplied my current medicine, took in a copy of my ehealth records as it was the first time she met me and refuses to give any clients any medicine until my records have been transferred over. What is the point of online health records if GP's are refusing to use them? If a patient is from interstate or far away and lost medicine or required it urgent, this doctor wont assist at all and that is very disappointing. First time in my entire life i have experienced this. If your clinic would let all their new clients know that no scripts will be issued until the clients records have been transferred over i would have made the 1hr drive to my GP as i urgently required my medication due to chronic back issues. Your clinic needs to change the way they communicate to new clients.

The lady at the front desk was rude all we wanted to know was if the blood test results were in then I got told I need to speed to a nurse just for the nurse to tell me we need to talk to a doc just to go Down there and there not be one of them there what sort of doctors practice doesn’t have a doctor

Dr Stieger has genuine care for his patients and is very thorough with his assessments. He’s always kept me up to date on results and even given me the hard word when I needed it. I give him credit to turning my health around which has attributed to my improved fitness and wellbeing. Also a mention to the reception and nursing staff who are friendly and helpful.
