Made the mistake of coming here twice. The first time my car was returned to me, the ignition was completely ceased. It took quite a while for them to fix it and get the key to turn. Never happened before but of course, had nothing to do with them.The second time my car came back after an oil change and was sounding like a sewing machine. After returning the next day they were unable to determine what the noise was and again said it had nothing to do with them.Friendly staff but unfortunately my car has been handed back in worse condition than when it was brought in. Won't be going back.

Excellent service from jason and his team took me car in with creaking noise was diagnosed as faulty engine mount replaced engine mount car is now fixed. I appreciate the way in which i was treated with and would recommend this work shop in welshpool i will bring me car for its ongoing service from now on. Much appreciated

Was about to drive to Broome in my 2015 Renault Trafic and suddenly my engine was losing power after you've serviced it. Stuck and unable to going anywhere.

Great team they have. I had my Mercedes booked in for front control arm replacements and they procured the arms from eastern states and fixed my car seamlessly and also fixed a water leak. Very professional and kept me updated at all times. Fair pricing and didn't try to find unnecessary faults just to make money. Very hardworking and honest team. Mark and especially Doug was great professional throughout the process. Very happy with the job done.Sam

Mark, Doug and the workshop lads at Welshpool Automasters, can't speak highly enough.Great job servicing and maintaining my 4x4, picked up problems and reported and fixed everything I asked them to.Got stranded a few days later due to and unrelated issue and they sent a tow truck and gave me a rental car free of charge.Really personal and professional service. Got a customer for life.Cheers guys.

Probably the most honest Auto masters outlet in WA! They didn't try to charge more or do unnecessary repairs to my car! Gave me honest advice on when what repairs needed to be done! They even vacuumed the car at the end of the service! Massive thanks to Mark, Doug and the Team! Definitely spreading the word about your store!!!
