The only place in Sunraysia I would take my car to get suspension and steering components fixed and replaced it's a local business not one of these big name Chain brands, he knows what he's doing and hes a real professional, nice fellow.

Rang up today to organise a wheel alignment for my car which had been lifted by another business. I was pretty disappointed to hear that they were not interested in doing a wheel alignment on my vehicle. Heard so many good things about Tru-Steer and was hoping to use a business that prides themselves on their work unfortunately that's not the case at all as someone else had touched the car.Thank you for your response despite the fact the lift was done over 12 months ago I would a thought just a wheel alignment would of been fine

I had my tyres replaced in Melbourne, was told the wheel alignment was out. Went to Tru Steer apon recomendation of work colleague. After alignement was told that the front suspension needed replacing and the something was wrong with the front brakes. I did notice that the car did not take corners like it used to and the brakes made a grinding noise when used hard. Safety of my family comes first so i booked it in and had it fixed at Tru steer. The professionalism was amaxing and now the car feels like it is brand new again. Highly recommend.

Initial contact with the counter was flawless, very responsive to explanation of my steering issue. Jeff came forward to assess the circumstances with enthusiasm. I booked a time confidently for them to assess the issue and work to sort it out. I'm so far confident, so I would recommend Tru-steer. I'll update when service is complete.Update after completion:Pam and Jeff have successfully fixed my car steering, and did it in the same day of my appointment. Very pleased and recommend these guys 100%, thank you both, Blake.

I was charged $60 to be told that my front tyres need replacing and that my back tyres were perfectly fine and could do a few thousand km still" this was a lie and infact my back tyres were in no condition to be on the road and one had a massive bubble noticable at first sight. This was very disappointing since I was told that they were perfectly fine but infact they had not been looked at for one second. Poor professionalism."
