Dehumidifier arrived quickly and intact.Luckily I purchased just before our big wet in Sydney, so it has definitely gotten a workout and it works perfectly.Does a great job at dehumidifying and no noticeable change in elec bill.

I am extremely pleased with the Air Purifier, it does a great job, the filter is also extremely easy to clean/replace when required to do so. The supplier was informing me on a number of occasions when the package would arrive and where I could pick it up. I would certainly recommend the product to anyone that is looking for an Air Purifier. Kind regards

Good purchase experience- item as described, good communication and fast delivery.As for the FIR heater, I’ve only just started using it, and it seems alright. It is much bigger than I thought it would be. The build quality is quite good, but then again this is an expensive heater so I would expect a decently built heater at least. The heat it radiated was mild and gentle at low setting, which I prefer, rather than a hot blast.I am very conscious of power consumption, and that remains to be seen.I was ‘pestered’ 4 or 5 times by email from Andatech, asking for a review. So I am finally putting this in. May I suggest though to Andatech that if they really stand by their product, please ask for a review maybe eight weeks after purchase, when the product has truly been used and tested.

We ordered a dehumidifier based on the Choice review. Previously we had a Breville which was great but only last 1 year so then not so great. The whole purchasing experience was seamless cannot fault it. I guess I will let you know when we make the next purchase whether this was great or not. So far, looking good.

Fast postage to the other side of Australia and brilliant FAR heater. We bought this heater to assist an informed relative. It's heating abilities are far in advance of any others we have used and efficient in terms of cost of power.The heater is sturdy, well designed with an oscillating feature that can be switched on. There are around 10 settings and there is also a timer. A thermostat would be a great edition but they are readily sourced so I do not see any impediment there.I would say a heater this size (around 1.2 Mt high) would easily heat a moderate sized room - we use in a room size 3.5 x 3.5.But the real beauty of this heater is that you are not wasting energy heating the whole room and air etc. The infrared rays are readily absorbed by humans so very effective as well as efficient. We love it. If I needed to heat similar sized room I would not hesitate in buying more of them. Who doesn't love efficient and effective

Very happy with the product and service. The dehumidifier arrived quickly and works really well. We put it on for a couple of hours before going to bed and even on freezing cold mornings we no longer have condensation on our windows.

The product (dehumidifier) was despatched quickly and arrived in good order. The personnel I dealt with were efficient, had good product knowledge and facilitated prompt supply. The price was very competitive and thus far I am very pleased with the job it is doing (cool climate dehumidifying). I am impressed with the streamlined look and ease of use of the portable unit - not too bulky and intrusive but large enough to do a good job.
