Eureka Furniture Kawana

Eureka - such a wonderful shopping experience. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place and had no desire to shop anywhere else. Michelle, the manager, seemed to know what we were looking for as we were shopping for a new house with an eclectic style. Her gentle suggestions and knowledge were more than welcome. I could of given Michelle the shopping list and trusted she would of chosen exactly what I wanted. The ladies are lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel like your shopping with your best friend and not a sales person. There was no “sales person feeling” about Eureka at all. They have won me as a life customer and for that I thank them! You won’t be disappointed! Don’t bother shopping around, you’ll find it all here. The prices were more than fantastic as well! Thanks Michelle and staff!

Good place to find that missing piece. They have a good range of styles. The ladies behind the counter were eager to help. Worth dropping by.

Great quality furniture at a reasonable price. The sales person I dealt with was excellent. Provided good info without applying any pressure. Delivery went well. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience of Eureka Street! The service and help we had in the Birtinya store was lovely and we were fortunate our choice of furniture was already ‘on the port’ so we received it even quicker than expected. The delivery boys were very pleasant and efficient and we absolutely love our new furniture. Thank you!

Service was great! Staff were friendly and genuine with helping us choose our products, and they were not pushy either which puts us off with other stores. We are more than happy with our purchase that Lorraine helped us out with.

Terrible customer service. Don't buy from here unless it's something you're taking home on the day.We ordered a table and what arrived looked completely different to the sample provided in store. But apparently this was all natural variation" in the wood - I'll let you decide. Even if that were true maybe check that the customer likes the variant before dropping it off?I raised it immediately with customer service but apparently not through the right channel. After being told I would be contacted I heard nothing for a week so checked again and apparently I'd been waiting for nothing. Anyway finally get a response (another week)...this was to be a theme. Any response from customer service will take at least a week. Now I'm here 2 months after the table was delivered and they still haven't resolved it...it's been over 2 weeks since I last heard from them. It's essentially a war of attrition."

The minute we walked into the store, we knew that this is the store. Beautiful furnitures, super friendly staffs!! We liked one furniture which was out of stock, Lorraine went above and beyond to find that beautiful piece of furniture from another store for us. She rang us few days later to give us good news :). We received our furniture this week and we adore every single pieces. Delivery drivers were amazing too. They unplacked all the furniture in their truck, delivered to the desired room, took away the packing... Can't recommend enough.. they are amazing!!
