Dr Nayak is a very good and understanding doctor that care for her patient. Dr Nayak was there for me step by step . I recommended her and give her 6 stars if i could.The nurses are very nice and patient . Really you deserve more than Stars

Very disappointing customer service, went to get vaccine without having a mask and the receptionist told me we have to wear mask, i said we have none she gave us mask and ask us to wait after asking all our details and at the end she said $1 for mask, .50 cents for each mask, i dont mind to pay but she should have told me earlier not at the end and when i question her why you didnt tell me she said i did but you couldn't hear ,i had my 2 daughters as well 10yrs and 15yrs and they said too none of us heard , not even she apologise to me, this centre is really horrible pathetic how they make money, the poor owner must be very poor ,i never seen or heard a medical centre charge for mask and dont even notify them

Terrible reception staff, they had absolutely no compassion for me when I told them that I had health issues with wearing a mask, their tyrannical behaviour was appalling.I don't recommend this business.

One of the best clinics. I recommend all the doctors specially Dr.Loghman. He is one of the best! Patience, active listener and so caring.He also diagnosed my issue greatly and manage it in the best way.

I highly recommend Physiotherapist Vinnie, at Keilor Downs Medi-Clinic. I had great experience with Vinnie whilst being treated for my neck and shoulder issues. He has magical hands and has helped me lead a normal life, which I did not think was possible prior to seeing him. Vinnie has the time and patience whilst treating his patients. Treatment with Vinnie Physiotherapist.I have two bulging discs for almost 2 years. Last year the pain was so severe I wasn't able to basically function and I went to hospital and they said I needed to probably have surgery. I was under a chiropractor for approximately 8 months and there was no improvement going up to 3 times a week. My wife came across Vinnie on google and told me to try him. I can honestly say that his method of treatment has significantly improved my quality of life. His approach is in my mind of high personalised care not just a one method for everyone. After receiving about 5 months of weekly treatments with Vinnie the specialists at the hospital have seen such vast improvement that I am no longer requiring surgery. He has honestly given me strength and proper skills and knowledge to overcome my back issues. I am happily walking, working and most importantly able to play with my children again. I can't thank Vinnie enough for what he has done for me.

Had a blood test carried out for my wife to confirm her pregnancy only to find out the incompetent 'doctor' forgot to test for pregnancy so that was a waste.A few weeks later booked a telehealth appointment, first one was declined for no reason and the second one never called.This clinic is a joke.

Terrible attitude of receptionist.Having a sick child which attended to the center and given antibiotics but no better.Request to see doctor as emergency.Receptionist named Kelly spoken at 12:12pm (01/06/23) having a rude and careless attitude. She said that it’s not an emergency after 5 days to call back. As having antibiotics, it finished in 5 days and symptom not better. Even doctor addressed to come back after finishing the medication and no better at all. Was asking to give sometime to look at my child before and other receptionist understood the parent’s stress and booked in. Even been told on that day it was full booked. Kelly didn’t help at all and rude attitude on the phone. Of course, because it’s not her child.
