Anytime Fitness

Anytime Fitness is always clean and the staff are friendly, they are always to willing to demonstrate correct techniques and offer P/T sessions for those who are looking to work out effectively.

Great anytime small but heaps of equipment to use mondays arent jam packed and its never an issue to use anything my new go to and beats alot of the inner city anytimes by far

They changed my membership to their club without informing me then billed me more than previous my previous AF club, after I cancelled membership, 8 months later sent threatening legal letter for 8 months fees. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM

Lack of variation in equipment and suffers from ridiculous overcrowding yet try to push more memberships into an already suffocating club. Signed up at this club, used it a few times and found the whole experience annoying at best. Club managers only care about signing new members, so club dissociation between them and loyal members is massive. Could smell the guy a few meters away being such a small club. I rate it worst to somewhat decent (barely)- Emu Plains 2/5_ Penrith 3/5- St Marys 4/5

Staff turnover is VERY high, which I can only put down to a poor workplace culture and an area manager and owner who don’t understand gym culture at all. Its unfortunate that you will never see friendly staff faces for too long as they are gone just as you get to know them. In the short time that I have been a member, there have been over 6 staff whom have disappeared just as you have gotten familiar with them. Really sad as there were some really super nice ladies, especially the lady that signed me up. I was under the impression that this was going to be a super happy place to train. It didn't last long. There is no consistency. Having spoken to several members, the consensus is unanimous, turn over of staff and disappointment level for members is on the high side.As a successful small business owner since 2002, I would highly recommend a staff retention training program for this new takeover team.The equipment is adequate.

Staff are welcoming, say hello to you, as you walk in. Great to have a conversation with. Friendly and very helpful if ever needed. Gym usually very empty. Never waiting on any equipment or machines.
