We got fully landscaped by Alpha landscape construction. They did a good job at first. However, when we had problems that needed to be fixed (still within warranty time), Dan kept saying he would come to fix it but never did and ignored our messages and email. Very unprofessional.

When I spoke with [name withheld by author], he asked me to send my details in an SMS, and that he would then reply with a time to inspect my property and discuss my requirements. I sent the text message as asked, but did not receive a reply. I followed up with a second text message, but still no reply.

Called them out for a quote over 3 weeks ago which they did come out! Phoned them 1.5weeks ago to see are they still gonna send me quote which they said yes I’ll have it in the next few days.. still nothing just wasting my time on waiting for quotes!! If u don’t want the bloody job then just say so!! Instead of wasting ppl time!!!
