Don't waste your money.I called him to get a quote just before Christmas, he was the most expensive, and didn't ask any questions. But I had to accept the quote as he was the only one available (now i know why).He came over and took a look, and straight away realized he couldn't help. Said the problem is the drain that is intalled inside the wall. Then suggested a solution that reqires making holes in my wall and the balcony. And still charged me for nothing.Called another company, they came and within 2 mins found a hole in the drain and fixed it in 10 mins.I called this guy to request a refund and he just been ignoring my messages.Don't waste your money.
