NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked a beachfront home months ago for the school holidays, only to receive a call last week saying we could not check in on the agreed date as the owners changed their mind. We did not feel supported at all by Aspire. We now have no booking. Aspire have nothing on Niche.

Poor. We needed to cancel a booking given the inability to travel from NSW to Qld during Nov 2021. Every other company we dealt with were lovely, flexible and supportive. Dealing with Aspire has been a persistent headache. We wanted to rebook the same property 12 months later, and were not provided a refund when it wasn't available. After holding over $1300 of ours for 12 months, we were only offered a credit, where $200 seems to have gone missing! We understand more than most that this has been a challenging 2 years, but the service from Aspire has been very disappointing.

As tenants, we are about to move into our 3rd rental home arranged by Aspire. The service provided by property manager Debbie and staff is first-class. If there is an issue at the home, queries are answered promptly, and they get right onto it without delay (which is also a benefit for landlords).Yet the service extends beyond what is normally expected from a quality agency. For example, after 18 months in the first rental home, the owners decided to sell, and Debbie had another home lined up for us very quickly.Prior to leaving we agreed to allow tradesman into the home to quote for extensive renovations. Debbie coordinated the tradies and quotes for the owners. She did this without charge, simply as a service for the owners. She is now doing the same for the owners of the home we are leaving.Aspire strike an excellent balance between the landlords and the tenants. Debbie enjoys her work and genuinely likes to help people. My suggestion is if you’re a landlord, use Aspire. If you’re a tenant, you’re fortunate.

The property we stayed at for the Noosa Tri weekend (6 Cooran Court Noosa Heads) was marketed by Noosa Holiday Rentals and is subsequently marketed the same way by Aspire Property / Noosa Luxury Holidays as a luxury holiday rental (the management of the property switched after booking).For the price ($5,500 for 5 nights) the property falls into the luxury bracket and this therefore comes with an expectation of a house that is well maintained and cleaned to a high standard. This property is most definitely not well maintained nor cleaned to an acceptable level with examples as follows:• Cockroaches were everywhere. When we walked into the property in the TV room there were 5 cockroaches on the floor and furniture. This is poor cleaning and / or a lack of pest management.• General cleanliness was not good enough with dust on furniture.• The main bedroom had a strong damp / mould smell.• The paving to the pool is in a very poor condition with a lot of cracked and delaminating tiles and tiles moving. A big hazard to young children.• Another good example of how poorly maintained the property is: the back door mat was worn flat and had split in two – instead of replacing, it was left in two parts at the back door. I laughed at this as it felt it was almost left by the cleaners / maintenance staff as a joke!We decided to leave the property early as we weren’t enjoying our stay and I immediately communicated the above problems with Aspire Property. After a bit of back and forth their stance is that it is the previous property manager’s fault (Noosa Holiday Rentals) for representing that the property was of a luxury standard (note that Aspire currently represent the property the same way) whilst not taking any responsibility whatsoever for the poor maintenance or cleanliness of the property.I will let you draw your own conclusions on the above but I will definitely not book through Aspire Property again.

Typical agent. Takes your money but if you need their support they go missing. We reported a fault within 2 hours of checking in. We were told it would be fixed the next day and we gave permission for maintenance to access the unit at any time. When we called to check what time the work would be fixed we were told “at 4:15 on a Friday I guess it will be first thing Monday”. Given the issue is with the shutters in the main bedroom they care more about their weekend, than their guests comfort and ability to sleep.That said we are not sure we should be surprised given the smell of damp when we entered the property, the black mould we then found all over the ceiling in the living room and the damp linen (sheets and towels) we discovered when we arrived. We also reported this to Aspire who volunteered to do nothing to help telling us only that the sheets were changed the day before.To the owners of Unit 5, 2-6 Webb Rd Sunshine Beach move your property quickly because the folks you are paying to “manage” it couldn’t care less about it or your guests.

The last 2 properties we have rented have been through Aspire and I highly recommend them. After 6 years I can honestly say we have had no problems and always found Debbie and her team very helpful and committed to making everything work for both us and the property owners.We are incredibly grateful to Debbie for lining up the second property for us when we needed to move out of the first one. It made the transition stress free and seamless! She has a knack for understanding exactly what it is you need and she makes it happen! We couldn't be happier!Whether I was in the market for a buying a property or renting a property as either landlord or tenant I'd be using Aspire!
