Great beauty therapist. I have been visiting Penelope for over 6 years. Excellent results with eyebrow waxing. No botox or other fillers here, just very good treatments. Great with nails too.

Family/baby friendly.As a first time mum I wasn't sure if I'd be able to continue on as a client of Penelope's because there is no lift access. Penelope was lovely and offered to assist eith bringing baby stuff up the stairs (if needed). I think this will be helpful for the rare occasion when Im unable to secure a babysitter.

The pedicure was wonderful, my feet look and feel great. Nail colour selection is very big. Almost hard to pick just one colour. My lash lift and tint is definitely something I will keep doing with Penelope. My lashes look outstanding.

Penelope is always friendly and on time. She's efficient and consistently does a great job at my monthly appointment. Love her clean salon space and wouldn't go anywhere else.

A beutiful, relaxing, high quality experience. This is by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The products used are high quality and the difference can be felt. Penelope is an absolute gem, she is friendly relaxed and highly experienced. My feet feel extremely smooth and soft and my nails look gorgeous.

After using Penelope's services for a few months, I arrived for my pre booked 4pm appointment to be greeted by a slightly angry Penelope telling me my appointment was for 3:30pm. Although she had a smile pasted on, she made it clear she was annoyed. I accepted her story about the appointment being 3:30, however when I arrived home I found the appointment card, written in Penelope's hand writing when the appointment had been booked around 8 weeks before, stating the time of my appointment as 4pm. I don't have a problem with someone making an honest mistake, but I don't appreciate being treated like a child, when I was actually not in the wrong. She had sent me a text reminder a day prior which did say 3:30pm, however as I assumed the time was 4pm (which I had made a note of in my phone when the appointment was originally made) I didn't take note of the time in the text. I apologized to Penelope on the day in question, even though I didn't think I had made a mistake. we rescheduled for the next day, however her manner was so unpleasant that I decided not to return to her salon.Penelope made no effort to contact me and apologise for mucking me around after I messaged her repeatedly telling her the mistake was hers. All I got was a sarcastic email about the number of messages I'd left her. I left numerous messages partly because of her strict cancellation rules, and did not want to be charged for not keeping the rescheduled appointment. As she hadn't responded, I had no way of knowing if she'd received my messages. I later realized she was just ignoring me. I can forgive an honest mistake, but I don't think any business owner can afford to be so arrogant and disrespectful to a client. On a side note, the last lash lift I had with her was not very good in terms of the lift of the lashes, something she even mentioned herself after the treatment. I had intended to raise this with her at my appointment, so I'm probably better off going to a more professional salon anyway. Thanks Penelope!

Got a last minute appt today after a bad reaction to some lash extensions I had in Sydney. Penelope was able to remove them for me, then do a lash lift and tint all while letting me lay on my sides as I’m pregnant. So grateful and happy with the experience!

Over the years Penelope has always offered warm and professional service and took extra care throughout lock down periods to ensure missed appointments were rescheduled at her earliest availability. I recommend her services to anyone looking.
