Great service and great outcome. Was after a new freezer, had a particular model in mind and Crowdshop were able to source it for several hundred dollars cheaper than any advertised price. Unfortunately the supplier sent the unit with door on wrong side - however Crowdshop were able to sort this out securing a correct unit a week later and with a $150 voucher from the supplier to compensate for the delay. I feel they went above and beyond to provide a great service.

The CrowdShop team sourced our oven at a great price. They arranged delivery, communicated proactively all along the way and followed up after delivery to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys.

Perfect service! They have the best price you can find in the market. We ordred a fridge which they beat the best price we could find online. The delivery was quick - after a day or two of finalising the order. And they handled the delivery with upmost care. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I saved $400 purchasing my Miele washing machine and dryer through Crowdshop. The Crowdshop team also handled delivery, installation and removal of my old appliances for me. When some issues arose with the installation, they went above and beyond to resolve them. I would highly recommend their service and will be buying from them again.

What a sensational idea, company and service! I would give it more stars if I could! I purchased a washer/dryer combo using the crowdshop website. I worked with Giles and Bruce, and they were able to secure me a significant discount on my purchases.They talked me through each of the steps and stages of the crowdshop process, provided me with updates , organised delivery and even followed up with me after delivery. What service! I would recommend this product to anyone, great work Giles and Bruce!!

Bruce went above and beyond to get me the best deal available. He got back to me quickly and the deal he was able to procure was phenomenal! Then with all the complications with supply due to COVID disruptions, Bruce once again gave 100% to get me the product as soon as possible. The communication was fantastic and Bruce was always providing me with updates so in was never let in the dark. I cannot rate Crowdshop highly enough and look forward to doing business with them again.

Bruce has been such a pleasure to communicate with through this whole process. We ordered our entire kitchen and laundry worth of appliances and he was so accommodating to our renovation schedule.
