Purchased car $9300 with safety certificate completed by their own staff. At home observed oil dripping. Only drive 3 times a week for 15 minutes travel each way. Noticed large amount of oil dripping over next month. Took car to my mechanic reported oil leak from cam sensor, timing cover, oil filter housing, vacuum leak from pvc rocker cover is leaking. Take car back to company they fully repaired cost $1023 fully reimburse cost how is that for looking after customer after sales service. Took my Lexus sports wagon in for starter motor repair all’s well running smoothly.

Classic dishonest mechanics trying to squeeze every penny out of you. I had taken my car in for a service, and they advised me that I needed to replace my front control arm rear bushes. After the service was done, my car was spitting grease all over the bottom section of my engine bay and exhaust manifold, causing the engine to smoke, and my radiator fluid was both very low (checking the radiator and overflow tank). I had called up to see if there was a mistake made when the car was serviced and if they could kindly take a quick look. After I brought my car back in, they told me that this specific part needed to be replaced and tried to charge me for this as well as charging me for the checkup, which took 2 seconds. My car didn't have a drop of this grease prior to the service. 0/10 experience; find someone trustworthy and honest.
