Just walked in about 5 minutes ago, the blonde lady who works there never ever says, Hello or can I help you? I was the only customer in there. She should not be working as she has no customer service skills.

Excellent store with a great mix of styles.

Went in on my lunch break Friday 24/3/23, am so disgusted in the two blonde older ladies that work there. I had to place the items I wanted to try on in the room myself even though the lady who was at the counter could have easily done it. Is this really good customer service skills???Lol than I asked the second blonde lady if there was a discount on the pants I was looking at getting and she proceeded to tell me no these are new stock etc but than told me I was getting 25% off the pants which is why I asked as it said 25% off pants when I said to the lady that's why I asked before she responded oh well I just returned from my lunch break so I won't be much help or something along those lines. Lol worst experience ever.

Thank you so much to the lovely blonde lady who helped me choose the perfect gift for my wife. She was extremely courteous and clearly had a sense of elegance and style.
