Popped in just to have a look as we have been talking for awhile about getting a new bed... spoke to Amanda who was great at assessing our varying requirements regarding firmness, size etc ... a little bit of discussion and we came away with the Australian made king size Hamilton and an east/west base base, panel headboard and protector. Great and friendly service, no pressure sale. We look forward to receiving our new bed in 2-3 weeks :)

Katerina was a very friendly and helpful person. She was attentive. She took an extra mile to provide all info I needed to make the decision. The service offered today by Amanda and Zara was exceptional. The knowledge and information provided was well above any received from other stores in the few weeks.There also had great communication skills and were very easy to deal with. The staff at the Shepparton store were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding me a mattress best suited to my needs. The delivery drivers were friendly, punctual and took the mattress to my bedroom, unwrapped it and put it on the bed for me as I'm a wheelchair user so it's not something I could have done myself. Overall I thoroughly recommend this store and team for great service and the mattress is FANTASTIC !! C.McD.
