My partner came home on Valentine’s Day very disappointed with the service he received at this store. He went in and asked for certain shapes earrings of dog shaped or turtle shaped and the middle aged women verbally laughed out loud at his face, and said “oh sorry for laughing, I’m not even sure what store will have them”. He proceeded to get exactly what he wanted at the next jeweller he went to. He was going to buy our wedding bands from there but is no longer going to after being treated so rudely.

Horrible customer service. There is no actual jeweller in store. They send repairs to Queensland! The shop assistant never said their jeweller was in Qld! Took nearly 2 weeks and my wedding band was not fixed, didn't even get a quote. Said my ring was silver when it's actually platinum. Ridiculous! Best go to a real jeweller! Avoid this store!
