I would highly recommend this service. Being a new NDIS participant I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the time of booking to providing a support worker to assist me the communication was fantastic. It was all the little extras like finding places easily, taking me to entrances for easy access and then suggesting a lovely beach drive after my appointment and completing household tasks when we arrived home. I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

I highly recommend Aussie Life Care as of it’s good working culture. I have been working at Aussie Life Care for a while now, and I have found that the directors try their best to coordinate with staff members to provide the best possible care to the clients. The company has well organised management team and highly experienced support workers working together to provide person-centred care to individuals with need.I would say that it’s the best one.Thank you to our directors who have always been there for us.

I will start by saying Jinoop is AMAZING he is always available to help with any concerns or questions, he will also drop what he’s doing to be there if a shift needs filling or someone was held up and couldn’t make it. Ive had some not so pleasant experiences with other companies and have been a bit reluctant to trust anyone with my sons care after these but being in the hands of Aussie life care and the team we’ve been so happy and stress free!!I recommend these beautiful people to you and your family if you’re looking for the care that you deserve!

Entrusting our son’s care to Jinoop and Aussie Life Care was the best decision we could have made. After many bad experiences with a few other companies we were frustrated and disheartened.Once Jinoop came on board, we’ve been able to step back, knowing he has our son’s very best interest at heart. He goes well above and beyond what is required to ensure the safety and welfare of our son.He has been very supportive to us and is always available to help or listen.We would not hesitate to highly recommend him and Aussie Life Care.
