I found Terry to be very professional with great customer service. Jesse was also nice to deal with and made the process less stressful. All in all I'd highly recommend buying a car from them.

Look up the word Dodgy and there is a picture of Mr Aziz in the dictionary!!!!!!!! terrible people that rip others off!

Car was faulty on the car test. Prior to the hand over it was communicated it would be fixed. It was then fixed internally and had the same issues. I returned the car twice and still no good. I was silly that I didn't return the car for good. Covered under 3rd party Warranty however only covered certain items. The car was 8,000 + and the repairs are looking to be $6000 K. Extremely disappointed.

I bought a car from them with 1 year warranty. I moved to Canberra after 2 months and the car failed the roadworthy. When I called them they said it’s my problem I moved to Canberra not theirs. After another six months eps and airbag system failed and when I called them they were rude and not willing to listen anything. Yes they are very polite and nice until they sell you their car. Be aware of these people and never ever think about buying a car from them. If you do, you will soon find yourself in a problem. I could have rated them 0 star but I had to give them 1 star to write the comment.

BUYER BEWARE. Sold car with warranty from National Warranty Company but Five Dock Motors forgot" to file the paperwork. NWC have NO active warranties for this dealership so don't be fooled.Terrible customer service when trying to sort out the above "mistake". George even tried to claim i had faked the form based on the fact that it was my handwriting on it (he'd asked me to fill it in whilst waiting for him to sort out the registration online when i picked the car up).Let's not even bother mentioning the long list of issues with the car that were discovered within days of my taking ownership.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!"

George is really helpful. Bough my daughters car from there and now it is back there while they fix a computer issue that happened. No fuss just straight at it.

Lowest i can give is 1 star unfortunately.They will take your money happily but they are not for the people. Our saftey is no matter to these guys. My breaks failed on the maquarie pass after i bought the car... (thats how you die!)I took it back and they didnt care about the cars problems. i almost ended up off a mountain and the vehicle i bought is not deemed safe by my other mechanic. Many problems. Needs new steering rack which was covered by warrenty but there is an additional $2000 + ontop that i need to pay. Fuk! Sh!t c*unts. I know your reading this so hey! Instead of being stubborn, how bout you get the job done right or quit. Be a man ... Not a shark.Fair trades needs to have a chat with you
