Amazing staff and friendly environment. I started my training with hitzone classess 4 months ago and found this to be the perfect kickstart to my weight loss goal. The intensity and range of full body exercises throughout one session of hitzone really provides a great workout everytime.Looking forward to starting StrikeZone and ToneZone classess
