Had a hard to find starter motor, the staff went the extra mile and had to measure it as no part numbers cross referenced.Good luck getting that kind of service at an other auto parts store !!Staff there are a credit to the company!!

It took some time but they found the brushes for my old starter motor. Well done

Not sure why thay seem to think if you have a trade account it overrides the corona virus but anyway not really impressed

I bought a Autotechnica Premium Hail car cover from this store and I had this cover on my car on 25th October the first very light hail storm we had and I took the cover off and the car had light hail damage all over the roof and bonnet.Buyers beware of this product it does not work.There is nothing wrong with the store or its management and employees.Don't buy the Autotechnica Premium Hail car cover it does not protect your car.Also to the Owner and Management i still have my reicept of my proof of purchase.The Autotechnica Premium Hail car cover was bought on 30th November 2019 for $305 and the Tax invoice number is 301062 and the code was 35146 and came with a 12 month warranty.Just a warning to the public do not buy this hail cover it is rubbish.I cannot believe that a store would tell lies about not selling this product when I have proof of purchase.No I didn't buy it from REPCO I bought it from NAPA and it is rubbish.

Terrible customer service. Was given the wrong part number to purchase from a different Napa store as they had no stock. When it became apparent that the part number given was incorrect they made no apology, actually blamed the customer for the error and when I went to the store to refund the item I was told they couldn't help and then the guy literally walked away from the counter without any apology. So rude. We found correct item $100 cheaper elsewhere. What an absolute waste of our time dealing with them.
