Very helfpul staff. I am new to spinning plastics so wanted to ask alot of questions about the right rod and reels. Max spent a long time with me explaining in depth what is appropriate. He was not pushy and too his time with me. I definitely recommend his service and to look out for him - he certainly knows his stuff as he loves fishing too! The store is great with a big range of gears! Will be back.

A bit untidy and disorganized. Went looking for fishing gadgets and equipment and had a hard time looking for items I needed. I had to ask the staff a few times for help.They have plenty of items and variety of brands on their shelves. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. No hesitation to help you at an instant's notice.

I don't know why but this is the BCF shop that always has the fishing gear I want in stock. I've been here in person too and their staff are knowledgeable.

Awesome place for those who live for adventures in the great outdoors. Plenty of stock available with decent prices.Store is well presented, very clean and tidy. Staff were well knowledgeable and offered great service. Keep it up

Never physicaly been to this bcf store, but I always order from them online. Found them to be the quickest to ship with products 99% in stock. Go that little bit extra with my lures, line, always wrapped in bubble wrap. Best for me with online, even though others are closer. Great job, keep up the great work. Highly recommend Wetherill Park BCF for 3 day normal post to inner west Sydney. Thanks.

Being new to fishing during my fishing journey, I want to say a big thank you to Max in BCF wetherill pk. He has been so helpful answering all my questions and being patient. Helping me buy the right equipment and spending alot of time with me. I also want to mention John for his advice on catching bonitos as his advice worked. I also want to thank young Dejan for excellent customer service and giving me great kid friendly fishing locations. All the staff at BCF wetherill pk are wonderful and knowledgeable.

BCF is my favourite place to get all your camp needs very helpful staff and everything I have bought from BCF I've had four years.

For the first time ever, I have received a rude service from a storeperon named Philip. All other staff are helpful and welcomingI had arrived at the store 20 min before closing looking to buy a reel (from the cabinet) I waited 10 min but still haven't been attended or acknowledge, I proceeded to the front desk and waited and when I was approach by Philip which is 7 min before closing, I ask If I could see the reel in the cabinet and possibly purchase its he bluntly said no! even when I told him I waited 10 min for service, he then go on and gave me attitude and said haven't you heard of COVID, I proceed and said I know what I wanted from the cabinet and just wanted to take a look before I purchase it. he still said no with no apologies and walked away to the back.I will be back but will not be dealing with him
