Toreador Motel
Rather small room. The owner seemed a bit suspicious. The pool was fantastic, though. It also had a spa. Overall, it was decently average. 3/5 stars.

PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION on the highway, great service, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Always stay here travelling to and from.

Our air conditioner wasn't working and we informed the lady at the reception who spent nearly an hour trying to get it to work. She was unable to get it started so we asked for adiscount since it was a very hot night and we payed for the AC, to which she agreed to speak to the manager. After spending a very uncomfortable night at the motel, we inquiredabout the discount in the morning to which the the man at the reception replied: you guys must have done something to theair conditioner so we won't give you a discount. We reminded him that we informed them about it not working right after checking in, and had we done something to it, the lady would have been successful at fixing it, and not spent an hour of her time trying to get it to start. This ruined our trip and is thereason for the 1 star rating. Had it been possible to give zero stars, I would have! Absolutely disappointing!

Excellent little pet friendly friendly motel. Easy nice management. Very very clean also has pool and great camp kitchen,. All you need when travelling.

I do not believe the rooms are adequatly set up to have dogs ( I have 2 small dogs) they were very unsettled all night due to very loud truck traffic on highway. Bathroom needed renovating. Very dated. Had to get staff in twice to sort out TV that was not working.

Pet friendly motel. Nice room and comfy bed. I was running late (forgot about daylight saving) and they kept reception open for me. Beware when in the shower as it's a premoulded shower base and VERY slippery. Query the cleanliness though as my dog found a dog toy under the bed.

This motel has so much potential, the bed was a little to soft for my liking, the bathrooms area little old, good shower head though, there is also a kitchen for You to cook food if you wanted. It’s quiet loud so you hear people coming and going, other patrons are not very respectful with slamming doors ect.

Place was run down.Room was a bit dirty and had holes in the floor. Lots of bugs in the bathroom sink. Situated right next to busy highway which made it very noisy. Not a pleasant night.
