I was in Brisbane and wanted to do the Open workout 18.1 - these guys were so welcoming! The box had an awesome vibe and everyone was so encouraging. I have been many CrossFit gyms around the world and this one has one of best vibes around. Thanks for having me!

I have been training at Crossfit Barrage for approximately 1 1/2 years. In that time i have not only achieved my own personal goals but absolutely smashed them! The coaches here are First class and will drive you to reach your full potential. Barrage has such an amazing supportive community, why wouldnt you want to train when you can do it with such amazing people!

I have just completed an 8 week challenge with Nico and Tane, and oh my the results were amazing!! These guys are awesome at their job, and the gym is great, everything you need!
