Great service

Messaged on fb to ask which stores have a certain couple of items in stock - no one bothered replying. My nearest store doesn't have a phone number so had to go in person. No stock. Called 2nd closest, was told yes we have both items. Went yesterday morning (Saturday) and despite being told they'd be open I waited two hours and no one came. Someone finally answered the phone after I'd gone home. I went back today and they don't have the items I'd been told they had. Waste of petrol and complete waste of my time! I do NOT recommend this store, especially Glen Waverley VIC. Terrible!!

I ordered a bag online 4 weeks before Xmas as a present for my Dad. 2 weeks go by wth no contact so I email to ask if it has been shipped. I get a call back saying they may or may not have it in stock, they're not sure... thus begins 3 further weeks of drama. They have it, they're sending it, it will definitely be there by tomorrow etc etc. Finally I ask for a refund and they can't even manage that. I literally had to threaten them with legal action to get a refund. Ria in customer service was useless and constantly excusing the poor service because she's new" but weirdly kept bleating on about all her experience and how she'd been brought in to fix the company. And yet she couldn't even manage a follow up email when I explicitly asked for one- she only wanted to speak on the phone
