If it was possible to give Winlux zero stars then I would.Where do I start?This company is completely incompetent and also dishonest. Our builder decided to go with them for a large door & window package for our property and at every step they were not only late but consistently brought windows and doors that did not fit and needed to be remade.Their project management of our job was woeful to the point where the first manager was fired. Due to their incompetence and either not finishing work, leaving work half done or incomplete our site was not at lockup until ~6 months after it should have been. This meant that not only was there a delay in the program but our site was not water tight meaning other materials on the site were damaged in storms.Here are some examples of their incompetency / dishonesty:1. A number of our double hung windows do not lock so our house is still not secure.2. We sent them an electronic strike to install at their factory into a french door. In the process of installing it they damaged the door but also managed to install a non-locking lever with a tongue that doesn't even reach the latch on the door strike. This means we have a door that does not even close and we have to put a chock under the door to stop it from flapping around in the wind.3. Many of the windows are not sealed properly so when it rains, the water comes in. Yes, the windows don't even perform their basic function!4. We have a very large sliding glass door that is top hung. Not only was the door late (by a few months!) from their promised date but it still does not work properly or is it secure. There is no locking latch (you can walk up and open it!) and instead of hitting the stopper the handle hits on the post to stop the door.5. Two of our hinge doors were delivered with sills in place when we specifically asked for no sill. It took them months to rectify this.6. We were considering whether to get them to make a rear door for us as an extra variation. We wanted a single door that could be vented and had security mesh. I spoke to one of the directors of the company about whether this was possible and he said it was, and it would be ready to install in 2 weeks from payment. I paid 100% upfront and it took nearly 4 months for the door to arrive onsite.I could go on and on about this company but please do yourself a favour and do not deal with them.
