Bad customer service. I asked the lady if they have a ladder. She looked at me with grumpy face and asked me what do you need the ladder for. And I said i want to buy and she straight away said we don’t sell ladder here. I visited the shop on 13/09/21 at 11am. She was doing stock at the car item section. She was Very grumpy and rude.

Was there the other day ,put an item on the counter , the girl was on the phone ,way too busy to serve me or anyone else , went for a walk around the shop, still on the phone ,put my item back and walked out , good shop ,can't complain about the service, as there was NONE

The young woman at the front desk immediately caught my eye and asked how I was going and if I was looking for anything in particular.She was able to help me out by locating the specific fuel cap that I was looking for making for a very swift and pleasant experience.

Wanted to buy some touchup paints and the sales lady April" was very rude. She seems terribly missing some reading glasses as she can't read the letters on phone and didn't wanted to find the paint I was looking for

I regret that I can’t give ZERO star. Some staff don’t know which service even Supercheap is providing like One of team member scanned my car 2-3 week ago and other lady said yesterday, we don’t do that since I work here probably 2 years. Hahahaha....
