Felt rushed, gave no time to choose a colour and then the colours they gave were very limited, made me feel like an inconvenience because I couldn’t choose a colour quick enough, then was annoyed because I wanted normal colour not shellac, then almost charged me $20 more.. horrible experience, will never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Went to get my eyelash done after opening my eye I noticed there tools were not sterilised there station desk was not clean all though the lady was good at lashing and very quick just the hygiene from other clients were just piled up not in the bin as health reason to prevent infections there were also mixed in with the tools that they used on next client as you can see there tools are not clean either the room is super dirty is just very unhygienic now I’m dealing with infected eye there no care factor in this salon tbh I’m devastated

Excellent pedicure took great care preparing nails and feet for polish good experience

The staff is quiet rude and judging and very painful experience she did scrubbing without water it was buring when confronted she said its okOn top of it is cutting sking so fast and its painful again she says okThey just want to finish it not quality of work

Use to love this place however the service has gone down hill for a while now. They tell u to come back after a half hr then u come back and your still waiting for 45 minutes and they keep saying only 5 minutes more wait...then u go there for waxing and they pluck more then they wax. Today was the worst though, i went in there with full eye brows and i came out with one pencil thin eye brow and the other thin in the middle and end were taken of. I still paid full price however i asked for a apology and they said they cant see any difference they are both the same...no sorry no nothing but its all in your head. I was that angry i just walked away...all i got to say is improve your service...a sorry doesnt cost a thing but it would of made me feel a lil better. Instead im sitting here writting like a karen with 1 thin eye brow and the other half cut off

Absolutely love professional nails at St Marys village the team are super friendly and are passionate about their work I don’t go anywhere else thank you for the service you provide

Rude and don't know how to manage timing and customers. Being polite goes along way. I regrettably spent money there, seeing how rude they are I won't go back
