AVOID at all costs. What a complete scam. Was quoted 45 and without notice charged my card for $160. No response from any emails. Will be reporting to fair trading.Edit - no one has reached out to me or responded to my emails.

Just finished a call to Buzz a Geek. I am a teacher working from home and needed immediate assistance - office suite, google classrooms, general email, even working on a word document was difficult. Brilliant, Chris was so patient, but most importantly product knowledgeable. He was able to trouble shoot immediately - product knowledge - I guess you need to know where to look - he does. Fantastic - now I can go online to my virtual classroom and continue teaching. Much relief for me in these troubled times. Spread the word everybody BUZZ A GEEK - fantastic

So we called and requested some help. First available technician was 3 days away - which was fine. We agreed a 3 pm appointment. At 3.30 pm with no techie in sight I called the office no less than 6 times. No answer. Just placed on hold listening to the rah rah about superheroes.At 4 pm I finally got through to someone who said he would “look into it” and call back. Well that didn’t happen and we have wasted 3 days. Tried calling a further 3 times. No answer. A simple courtesy “we’re running late or we need to re-schedule” would have been great.So folks. Go take a chance. We’re done with this mob. You would think running a simple customer service program for their staff is all the owners would need to do. Sigh.

First and most important, customer service and transparency, some people depend on you unfortunately!!!I got scheduled yesterday by Melody to meet Tom at 4pm. Then I got another sms from Melody saying that I could meet him earlier or any time before 3pm. So I called, another girl answered and offered, 4pm or 5pm, and I did accept 5pm. Ofc as every company which is doing their business seriously" I had to give them my cc details and got an email that Tom be there between 5pm and 6pm and guess what
