Romeo’s Food Hall IGA

This place has wow factor. I've never seen such a cool iga in all of Australia. Beats woollies and coles for sure. Lots of options and even has a cheese room. Great place to grab lunch with many options.

Pretty much every time I buy products on special I get charged full price. Please check this when you pay! They do this so often that seems a way to scam customers. Always ask for the receipt in this supermarket.I mentioned to the managers many times that their system doesn’t works. Today the manager kept saying it’s a human error from employees, which is definitely not the case. It happens with different employees as their system doesn’t work, or maybe they do it on purpose to get extra money from us.Today they took forever to give me a refund, I was in a hurry. While waiting for them to resolve this issue my father in law who has dementia got lost. The manager took forever to arrive tl the cashier and also took forever to give me a refund.Please, have a better system!!!!

Just bought grocery here. With mistake of scanning items, took very long time of refund. but the lady names start with letter K seems never felt sorry about the she just wasted other’s time and mood for a sunny day, btw the other staff was willing to help and solved this issue.

Pretty blown away by the range and the quality here. The deli food, butcher, hot food etc are all very premium quality by Australian standards. You can make an insane picnic lunch or bbq here. One of the higher end supermarkets I've ever seen in Sydney.

This is a brand new IGA. There’re many entrances you can use and they have a car park. There’s an entrance from Davy Road and also another on a side street and they are open till 9pm. It’s probably a minute walk from Redfern station which is extremely convenient. This is a very high end IGA with the usual IGA prices but a lot more items to choose from. They have a cheese room next to the cheese section. They have a bakery. They sell flowers, various types of pantry items, huge array of pastas and oils. I’ve taken a few pics but it’s really worth a visit to check out their stock. Loved exploring all the isles and I’m sure I’ll go there quite often often

This is the best IGA I have ever been to (I haven't been to that many IGA's). The bakery section is amazing, the cheese and meat section is amazing. They have dry-aged beef hanging in the store and a climate controlled cheese room! All the shelves are neatly packed and tidy and the product range was great. If I lived closer, I'd shop there all the time.

By far the best IGA I have ever been to. Gourmet selection would be a understatement. Such a large range of high quality and fresh food. The deli, cheese room and bakery are all top notch.Not just a supermarket, but an excellent lunch spot with delicious fresh made sushi and a large selection of take away meals available or sit down at one of the little tables outside.Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Without a doubt the benchmark of all supermarkets. This place has EVERYTHING! From hundreds of varieties of cheese, to fresh subs, and salads, florist quality bouquets and an impressive liquor collection.

This is the best IGA layout and display I've been to. It was very clean, well lighted and everything seemed to be in the right place. Then of course there are the big old machineries which keeps the cultural and heritage significance of the place. Sadly though I did not find the drink I was going to buy. They don't have Regular Pepsi. They only have Pepsi Max and they don't have MoguMogu or a wider variety for cold tea, too.

Great range here for the food lovers with the cheese fridge and seperate sections, for deli, bread, flowers even. Not the cheapest, but not expensive. Cashier area can be a bit chaotic due to the layout of the checkout area, just make sure folks don't push in front of you.
