Very limited range of stock, often cannot find what I am looking for. Fine if needing to grab 1-2 basic items but otherwise low on the list of preferred local supermarkets

The only good thing about this branch of Coles is the location. I have always thought that Coles service leaves a little bit to desired and now there is no service at all as the customers are now working for Coles as this Coles only has self serve checkouts . Our hard earned money at work with no servicr

I would give 0 stars if google allowed me. One of the aged staff is racist. She didn't wanted to serve me as I am from Nepalese background. She didn't wanted to pack my bags while she didn't had any problems doing so for customer before and after me. Yes I stayed there and observed her attending customer after me too. What's worse is she stuffed receipt from customer before me into my veggies clear bags who purchased cigarettes. When I took it out in front of her she asked me to put it back and told me that the receipt was already with the veggies. When I checked the purchase on receipt it was same cigarettes the customer before me bought. Truly disgusting behaviour.

Store set out well, lighting was good. Only getting into the store proved to be a challenge, if like me and have difficulty walking, entering up a ramp, staff very friendly

Throughout the pandemic the staff have been working every day. They're fantastic and have my greatest respect.Steve in the fruit and vegetables section has been really helpful so many times.
