I am very disappointed with this medical center. The only thing they care about is money. They charge for everything, 110 dollars for two prescriptions (without an examination), you wait 45 minutes in the street with no explanation. The women at the reception are unfriendly and disrespectful. I have been attending for three years believing that they had my medical records from my old GP, but they didn´t. It is almost impossible to get an appointment with your doctor, you always have to go to another who does not know you and you have to explain your medical problem over and over again. I think the most important thing to them is their business. Healthcare should not be a business.

They seem like good doctors but also seem to be mainly about the money to the point it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Want to ask one Q about results? make another appointment (in addition to the previous double appointment which finished early). Also had a Dr there spend a lot of time googling an answer for some minor Q I had. I was then charged a double session with no warning. I get there on time, they are running 30 mins late. No call to inform you of this (to be fair tho most Drs do that.) And they are expensive.

Our family has been going to this practice for over 30 yrs and have always been provided with exceptional attention and care. We usually see Sharon Woolf but have seen a number of other doctors in the practice over the years and can highly recommend it. A true family practice.

Twice we have turned up on a Saturday for pathology, both times “sorry our staff are sick today”. Useless.Camberwell junction is the best. 5 ⭐️

I emailed in requesting an updated referral as my current one had expired - no response or acknowledgment to my email and I received a $25 invoice in the mail. Apparently it takes the doctor time to open my file and referral and change the date! I have been to other clinics who do not charge every instance as their patients are first priority. It just goes to show that money trumps their patients and their core business model. Poor service and medical treatment, no plan. This practice is on par with bulk bill doctors! Myself and my family have been to this practice for over 20 years, no more!

Wonderful practice with fantastic doctors. Have been coming here for 18 months now and my children and I have seen both Dr Prichard and Dr Healy. Very grateful to have moved on from my previous GP.

What a fabulous practice! The nurses and Doctors are wonderful. They have incredible knowledge. The nurses are fantastic at giving immunisations and would suggest bringing your children here!

I booked BCG vaccination for my daughter, everything done appointment, forms and on appointment date , they said we are out of stock with vaccine.I travelled 6 hours to done but in last, we got sorry from them.

I sent a request to have my file transferred to a new GP as I moved. This request was sent in July. 7th September still waiting for the file to be transferred. Then a summary sent through that still didn't have everything on it after having explained why i needed it. 6 phone calls later to just get my summary of medicine and $22 later. Disgraceful.
