I can highly recommend buying a mattress / bed at snooze in South Yarra. I had an amazing customer service experience, was looked after very well, really knowledgeable team and fast delivery. All you need for a good night sleep!

Recently purchased a Tempur Cloud mattress from this store. It’s way too soft and has reignited lower back issues. Be very aware of the finality of sales. I now have a $7000+ mattress that I cannot use.My advice is to only purchase from a store that offers a Sleep Guarantee, if not, you are better off saving the money and going with Koala or similar as they have an iron clad 120 day satisfaction guarantee. Interestingly Tempur offer a 90 day sleep guarantee in the US.The issue is you cannot adequately confirm a mattress is correct for you in a store. Even when laying on it for 10, 20 or 30 minutes, in different stores at different times (as I did). You need to sleep on it. In the likely event you purchase the wrong mattress, you will be stuck with it.Don’t buy from anywhere that does not offer some form of sleep guarantee, it may turn out to be a costly mistake.

Hands down, best store in Melbourne. I purchased my bed in QLD and moved from QLD to VIC and removalists lost a part to my bed during the move. I tried to deal with other stores in getting the part ordered from the manufacturers and felt like I was a waste of time to others and was told that it simply couldn't happen". Adam (Store Manager) and the South Yarra team seriously went well out of their way to help me out - ordered the part

I have been looking for a suitable sofa bed. I popped into Snooze at South Yarra. The Manager, was extremely helpful and courteous, and took the time to answer all my queries. He showed me one of the floor stock items, which I came back and purchased the next day. We negotiated a deal which worked for both of us. Thanks for being so pleasant and respectful - a lot of other retail stores in Melbourne could learn from your lead!Update - it took several months for delivery, which was frustrating to say the least. It's a pity the great customer service couldn't be followed throughout the entire process.

I bought a mattress in-store for delivery as I wanted to test it in person and was helped by Ross, who was a delight.I tried looking for a bed base in other places but ultimately decided its best to get it from Snooze. I had to order online since the sale was going to be over at night. Booked for pick-up for the online order, but Ross has graciously added the online order with my in-store order so that they can all be delivered on the same day.Absolutely fantastic service! You're a legend, Ross. :)

Been waiting outside for 30 mins as they say only 4 customers at a time and doors locked for this reason. funny both workers at desk with zero customers. Never made eye contact nor knowledge I’m waiting. If ur going to make these rules then have a system in which you know buying customers are waiting.

extremely patient and helpful staff all-round,however the SM specifically went above and beyond with my order which I greatly appreciated. definitely the place to go if you're extremely indecisive but know you want to sleep like a princess!
