The lady over there is the only professional and competent person, all other dudes there are rude, arrogant and misleading. I brought a Piaggio Beverly scooter for its first service and that was the last time that I went to Motoheaven. Appointment at 9AM, around 12 noon still no one working on the scooter and there was only one guy there working on another bike. I went inside just to ask a question when the rude mechanic yelled at me and told me to go out! I waited until 2PM when finally an external dude came in and finally started working on the scooter. Long story short, the engine requires 1.5 liter of oil, I demanded the remaining engine oil back (500ml as I paid for it), when I went back home I realised that the bottle still had 700ml of oil instead of 500ml so that means that the mechanic only refilled the engine with 1.3 liter instead of 1.5 liter and he didn't even check the level! I sent my feedback to them but no one replied so that means no more Motoheaven for me. Prior to that I bought a lot of gear and I had pleasure to visit the shop, again the young lady is the only polite, competent and professional person there, another guy I assume is the owner is very very rude and incompetent!

Great experience with staff from buying bike gear and getting bike service done. Have been regularly updated with ordering of parts and getting them installed same day along with bike service. Awesome customer service. Glad to found Motoheaven for my bike needs.

Have been coming to MotoHeaven for well over 13 years now to see Adrian, Nathan and the rest of the crew. The team know bikes and gear back to front - there's no where else in Victoria I would go. The team are friendly, have heaps of knowledge and are always down to have a chat in the store about anything bikes!

Just want to share what a great experience I had with the team at MotoHeaven. Living over the ditch, it's really hard to find suppliers with good quality or high end products, which is why I searched the net for a supplier in Australia.If you're like me, buying overseas does make you a bit apprehensive but from my first contact with Adrian, we talked about options, he confirmed he had the items I wanted, sent me a quote to convert to NZD including freight and sent me a link to pay via paypal. Within the space of 4hrs, my order was paid and placed.The following day I received an email from Australia post with my tracking number, and tracking history for the collection. A week later, I am sitting here with my new kit and am really chuffed.Often the most important part is communication, knowing what's going on makes a difference. Í cannot compliment Motoheaven enough. Excellent service, fantastic people.Will definitely use them again and hope you do too, we can't afford to lose the good ones! I have had 3 bikes worked on ktm 250 ktm 85 and a tm 85 with out a doubt every time I deal with the blokes here they extremely friendly and great to deal with nothing is ever to hard they take the time to explain to you the issues with your bike and are exceptional with there pricing I feel I have had the chance to pass all the employees and they are always cheerful and welcoming a

I decided to wait a year to leave a review, as to show an example of how good RST Adeventure-X Pro gear is...Top quality, comfortable and long lasting riding gear, level 2 armour giving me confidence that any risk injuries may be considerably reduced...The removable liner and unzip vents in the jacket and pants is a relief in summer, keeps me warm and dry in winter when liner is inserted...The gloves are also very comfortable and are compatible with using my GPS.Please pay no attention to what appears to be wear and tear on the clothing, that is simply my camera flash, the gear is still in immaculate condition.Edit: ...And yes, my experience with MotoHeaven was indeed equally as good, shopping online was made easy to navigate and hassle free, I know for sure that I'll I'll be a returning customer in the future :)
